Refund Policy
At Printhype, we strive to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your custom products.
1. Returns
Since our products are custom-printed specifically for you, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. However, if there is a defect with the product or the print, we will make it right.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund for defective items.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected (if a physical return was required), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
4. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, as our automated printing process begins shortly after. Please contact support immediately if you need to cancel.
